Application fee
$15.00 per adult household member 18 and over, submitted with the application.
Occupancy standards
- 1 bedroom: 1–3 people
- 2 bedroom: 2–5 people
- 3 bedroom: 3–7 people
Eligibility Criteria
- At least one household member must be 18 or older
- Household gross income may not exceed the maximum limit for the household size
- Applications are processed first-come, first-served by completed and approved file
- Every question must be answered; incomplete applications will not be accepted
- The application must be signed and dated by all adult household members
Section 8
Section 8 vouchers are accepted. Applicants will not be denied solely because they use a voucher.
Parking
One parking stall is guaranteed on move-in for residents who own a vehicle and provide a current driver’s license, registration, safety check, and insurance.
Pets
One of the following — a small to medium dog up to 25 lbs, a small cat, or fresh or tropical water fish in a tank up to 10 gallons.
